Error with IDT using OLAP BICS ...

Hello,

we are trying to use IDT with OLAP BICS;

while creating BICS and authenticate to CMS with SAP account, we receive the following error :

" Invalid configuration on 6ba30d8c-c225-48ac-b006-12c42c4ba42f_5. User identity unknown: neither user nor logon ticket nor certificate is specified."

Checked already this SAP Note :

1656989 - Using OLAP BICS connection with SSO for AD/LDAP users in BI 4.0

Somebody seen this error before and knows a solution ?

hi Oliver ,

Did you set up SNC single sign on between BOBJ and SAP BW systems ? There are couple of steps to achieve this.

Let me know.
