Material Doc while doing MIGO transaction

Dear Gurus,

I am doing one good receipt with reference to PO on today's date and also getting the material document no. for the same.

But while I try to display the material doc. no then getting the error that Document no. does not exist and not getting any stock update and account entries.

I tried to display the doc no. with out providing any year then also getting the same error and in PO the PO History tab also not displayed in in item level.

Then I tried to check the MSEG table to get the material document no. with respect to same material and plant and po still showing the error "No table entries found". Same as in MKPF table I am not getting any entries for same material and plant on this year.

Please suggest, though I have done the MIGO transaction and got the material doc no. then why not getting the display of any material document, no update in stock and in account entires and also any no entries in tables. I have already tried so many time to post the good receipt and got the doc no. only but did not get anythings.
