Clean up of PC_MSDataWebfolders

We are in the process of migrating from 5.1 to 7.5. One of the the things we have notcied is the size of the

(drive):\PC_MS\Data\Webfolders directory. Is there a perfered cleanup of this directory? The current size is

almost 90GB.
