LCM application is unable to process

Hi,

I am unable to login to Life Cycle Manager, as it it giving an error ' Sorry, LCM application is unable to process your request.'

I have tried login using Administrator and tried the option to delete the LCM folder under 'tomcat55\webapps' and restarted the Tomcat. Still is not working. And the same error I am getting.

LCM was working fine couple of months ago, and now not able to login with the above error.

Here are the BO environment details.

BOXI 3.1SP3

Windows 2003 server SP2

Can anyone advise / help me to resolve this issue permanently.
