RV60SBAT performance problem

Issue Description:

Invoice creation for Sale Org.1 will run on the first day of the month and its taking >4HRS to complete. The number of invoices created will be around 60000nos.

Invoice creation for Sale Org.2 will run on the second day of the month and its taking <2HRS to complete. The number of invoices created will be around 75000nos.

So for Sale Org.1 we are facing the issue and as per our analysis we could identify that VBSK table is locked during the execution of job, hence all the background process are waiting for update till VBSK is unlocked.

Currently we are not very sure that the performance issue is due to the VBSK lock. Please also let me know any other areas in RV60SBAT which can cause performance issue.
