Changes in template

Dear all,

I have created, checked in and published several SPP documents using a certain template. I changed the template (added some standard phrases to a certain block), I checked in the chnaged template and republished the documents using the changed template. However, the changes from the template are not visible in the republished documents. How is that possible?
