Quota generation not to happen for Unpaid leave

Hi Folks,

we have an unpaid leave and when an emplyee goes on this unpaid leave, quota should not be generated. we are generating the quota through time evaluation on monthly basis and even an employee goes on Unpaid leave, system is generating the quota.

Please suggest anyone how can we control this so that when an employee is on unpaid leave his quota will not be generated.
