Not able to see other users change list in IR/ID

Hi All,

I need to perform the CTS+ transports in PI 7.1 and when ever i am going to change list tab apart from my user id i am not able to see any other user id to transfer the objects to my id

Is some setting is missing or some role we need to assign.

Appreciate your reponse on this.

Else... a stupid question:

in "change list" tab, have you click on the "filter" button to be able to select "User = All" ?

and then to do your transfer...

Hi venkata,

I can only perform the trasfer task when i am able to see any other user id screen. Actaully when ever i am going to change list tab nothing is appearing apart from my user id.

I cant see the screen which have User drop down, change list Open and closed button , and Display and display standard buttons.

I hope this clarifies my issue

I hope there are some other users also available in your server.

May be your User should have some roles, please contact your basis team.

By default we can't activate other user's objects in change list. If you want to take the other's objects go to Change list tab then transfer the other user objects to your user (select source useid and click on transger, so that those particular user objects will comes to your user).

Hi,

you need to be assigned some cts+ roles which will be done by basis people.

you can see you roles in the tcode suo1> User display>roles.

make sure you have the following roles

SAP_BC_CTS_ADMIN

CTS_ROLE_SAP_MDM

Z_CTS_PLUS_ADDITIONAL
