How to drag a SQL querie to Crystal Reports?

Hi again. This is the deal, a co-worker made a report in Crystal Reports...obviously Lol but when she try to see the preview that should show info on Crystal it doesn´t work, we tried different options but we couldn´t make it work.

Then we tried with a SQL querie in the database assistant and click on "add a command" option to add the querie. Now, this is the SQL querie (it is a little disorganized)

select cardname,cprcode,territory,opprid,U_NomArea1,U_Nomarea2,U_NomArea3,U_Prep1,U_Prep2,U_Prep4,U_Sistema,U_Sist2,U_Sist3,U_EspSist,U_EspSis2,U_EspSist3, U_Superficie,U_Sup2,U_Sup3 from oopr where cardcode = '{?DocKey@}'

And there is an extra option, Parameters list (that would be the exact translation but dont know if it is that way in the english version) but I dont know what have I to write there

So, if somebody could help me I would thank you a lot!!
