Dear Gurus ,
I want to send the information to vendor as well as to Purchase group by sending mails as soon as the Schedule is released , when the release trigers and for any rejections happens . so that the process can be faster .

how are you getting information of schedule release? is it manual from planning department? then you have to send it manually
if above is not correct please explain your issue little more
