Reagrding the SAP PLM Integration to CAD

While navigating from SAP to CAD After saving the drawing in SAP the error I am getting was

E26 071 When the document is changed, status must be changed

There is no document info record for

"C:\SapWorkDir\AcadM\10000000126_DWG_000.dwg".

Is there anybody to help me in this regard

is there anything we need to update it in cdncfg file?

What all parameters we can give in updatedir
