Routing timings in sap

Dear Guru's

I have a requirement in Routing. I want to check the machine and setup time for all the components with reference to a parent material.

Input: Material,Plant

Output: Material, Plant,BOM Components and times for manufacturing those components,like prod and set up time.

Is there any standard report available for such application or should i get a customized report done.
