Crystal Reports connection to SAP missing

I have Crystal Reports XI. My laptop was upgraded to windows 7. When our Technical Support team reloaded Crystal onto my laptop I lost my connection to the SAP databases. I upgraded the software to R2 SP6 and it still did not work. I then upgrade the software to CR 2011 and Iu2019m still having the same problem. When I go to File -> Log on or off Server -> Create new connection -> SAP Table, Cluster or Function -> Select SAP System, the available SAP Systems is blank. What can I do to restore the connection to SAP?
