Minimum CRM roles for portal Sales Manager role

Hi,

I have created new user and attached all required profiles to access BSP applications and only SAP_PCC_SALES_MANAGER role.

I am able to access the applications through portal,but not getting any data.For example if I search for accounts it gives message no data found for the search.

But if I use other id who has most of the roles attached, gives 100 accounts.

My requirement is to find out the minimum required authorisation in the CRM system for a portal user for every specific role.

Hi,

I have one role for all users that has objects

S_RFC and BSP_APPL.

to control authorizations to specific objects (BP, Transactions etc.) we have in the other roles the objects

COM_* (like COM_PRD) and CRM_* (like CRM_ACT) but we

build them by building a menu for wingui and investigating the desired gui transaction each user should execute with SU24.

have you added the User in the Org-Management?

Abdul, I am not so sure your issue is caused by the portal role but more related to the CRM role in stead. Since you mention your selection criteria are influenced according to who is logging on my guess is you should have a look at the CRM role. Which one do both users have there? Tiest.

Hi,

You r right. the role which I mentioned was CRM role only.

The other user which I used has almost all roles attached.

But the system is not configured for role dependent data.

For the same user I can accees opportunities and activities detail.Only accounts it happens.
