Minimum CRM roles for portal Sales Manager role

Hi,

I have created new user and attached all required profiles to access BSP applications and only SAP_PCC_SALES_MANAGER role.

I am able to access the applications through portal,but not getting any data.For example if I search for accounts it gives message no data found for the search.

But if I use other id who has most of the roles attached, gives 100 accounts.

My requirement is to find out the minimum required authorisation in the CRM system for a portal user for every specific role.
