Question regarding SAP_SUPPDESK_*_COMP roles

Are these roles only available in SM71 SP4? I am running SM71 SP3 and I do not see them in my sysem. Also, part 2 of the question is what are the necessary roles for a user to access CRM_UI in SM. Currently assigned to my test user I have the following roles, but they still are not authorized to CRM_UI nor can they run SU53:

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC

SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS
