CmdXmlFactory error (again)

Hi everyone,

I saw this error in a couple of other posts that were marked problem solved - but there was not any solution listed. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? The error occurs when trying to deploy a webdynpro app from NW dev studio. It was working fine then suddenly stopped. Here is the error message:

<i>Deployment exception : Server MERGE007 did not accept login request as apiadmin on port 50018 - CmdXmlFactory could not find Top Element within String: "null".

Inner exception was :
