BPC for Netweaver : Server Diagnostic

Hi Experts,

I've just installed BPC 7.5 for NW on Netweaver 7.0 EhP1 SPs06 / Windows 2008 Server.

Now, I want to launch Server Diagnostic from Windows Server.

ABAP Connection seems to be OK.

But I have the following error :

IIS Configuration -> OSoft Virtual Directory -> Cannot get OSoft virtual directory object : Automation error The system cannot find the path specified - Incorect

May be an authorization problem on Windows Server?
