How to show no. of actual working days in Payslip in case of +ve time mgt

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement of showing no. of actual working days in payslip, which should be Calendar Days-(Paid+Unpaid absence). I created an w/t 1WRD for actual working days. Our paid absence w/t is 2006 and unpaid absence is 2005 copied from /845 and /846 respectively, both the absences are included in absence valuation table and working fine in that respect. But issue is i wrote a small PCR for calculating actual working days like below:

NUM=TKSOLL Set

NUM-E 2005

NUM-E 2006

ADDWTE1WRD

But still its fetching full working days i.e. calendar days 30 or 31 not deducting paid or unpaid absence for a month.

Pls help, what else should i do.

Did you checked PCR out or RT table Out put ......

and also which version are you working for ......

Ya..i checked, its picking up same value like 30 for month of April, 31 for month of May ignoring the absence data.

Can you paste the values of 2005 and 2006 from RT? and where have you placed the PCR

i feel the issue is with Version, if you have any client with other version try there you ca get an idea or else we shd go for different PCR to fetch the total working days

Request you all check once again in case of Half day taken employee this PCR will provide actual working days.

What about in case of public holidays in a month, need to exclude or include, have tested in case of Half day leave scenario.

So far its resolved with the help of following PCR, not tested in case of Public holidays, we still dont have half day scenario in this project.

You can ask your time consultant to provide actual working hours in wagetype and pass it to ZL, like he must be passing so many of values. Then you can get the actual working hours.
