Logon Integration Builder through firewall failed

Dear all,

I can logon integration builder successful in the same network segment.

But when I try to logon in office lan or internet (through firewall to XI 3.0 system), the logon screen show, but it failed and show "

Authorization error; unknown user name or

incorrect password"

Is it because firewall setup ? what port should I open for the logon ?
