Report type auto assignment

I have assigned confirmation profile and catalog profile to report type

Again catalog profile is assigned to notification type.

But during Defect recording in RR screen, a dialog box asking for report type.

Since i have already assigned report type to notification type, it should not ask for report type during defect recording.

Please advice what could be wrong.

If i enter report type once, then it is taking automatically for next lots until i log-off.
