Copy of Table T512W from 4.7 to ECC 6.0

Hi Gurus,

I have to copy the data of table T512W from ERP 4.7 to ECC 6.0, I know there is one standard program RPU12W0S. Using this program I can take backup of configuration data and upload it to ECC 6.0 system.

The catch is that I have to copy the table data to different landscape, please let me know if above program will work or not ?

if not than what should be my approach ?
