SAP CRM - open attachments

Hi,

We have a problem with our SAP CRM system.

When we are trying to open an attachment in account, marketing plan element, mail form or campaign through Web CUI we are getting the following error:

Call of URL http://../sap/bc/contentserver/100 terminated due to error in logon data.

Logon performed in system CRP.

Logon performed for client 100, user RFCUSER, and language EN.

What can I do?

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error code: ICF -LE -http -c:100 -l:E -T: -C:1 u2013U:1 u2013P:1 u2013L:4

HTTP 401 u2013 Unathorized
