Dump while creating two envelope bidding through BID/BIDX (C-folder error)

Dear Friends,

We are doing configuration of extended RFx bidding process in SRM 7.01 system.

While creating the RFx for 2 envelope bidding through transaction type BID/BIDX we are getting dump.

It seems C-folder configuration is not done properly.

I am using the below link for C-folder configuraition. We user a different ABAP system as C-folder system.

Prerequisites

You have maintained the correct URL destination for the attribute ITS_DEST in transaction ppoma_bbp.

What URL to be maintained for the attribute ITS_DEST. As in SRM 7.01 ITS is not used it it still required?

The link also says

You must also make sure that the service BBP_CFOLDERS is activated. You can find this service in the tree structure under default_host -sap - bc - gui - sap - its - bbp_cfolder.

For me BBP_CFOLDER service is not at all available in SICF.

Please help me how to get the service BBP_CFOLDER in the transaction SICF?
