Issues in Section 89(R)

Dear Expert,

For section 89 relief i have done the configuration.Made custom wage type 9616 from standard wage type and given infotype permissibility into 15.Now make zero put same amount which is generated for section 89 for different employees through IT15.

After doing this in form24 its showing zero in section 89 coloum but in form16 its showing.I have checked INTAX funtion in payroll log where its showing /616 value and also its not displaying in overview of IT15 for those we have maintained amount in wage type 9616.

Please guide me how can i rectify that amount which is showing into form16 where we made it zero and showing zero in form24.

My understanding is that the adjectment wage type 9616 you wanted to show in Form16. am i right or wrong?

The M89G is used for to do the adjectment of /616 wage type which will not display in form 16 and more over you do you want to display the adjectment wage type in Form16?

/616 will accour when you do the cross FY retro please check why /616 wage type is forming because of what? and also check /410 and /411 and /413 for PY and current year /410 and /411 and /413 then check the difference . you would have done some modification in master data last year and please check what modification you have done

Hi,

In form 16 showing amount as Arrears on previous year.

So for this i have made a configuration copied from standard and permissiblity to IT15.

Now in form24 its showing zero even in form 16 its showing that amount where i have made a entry through IT15.

Hi,

I think you need to copy wage type from "M89G" and need to modify in PCR "IN89" which is copied to Z PCR for modify /616 wage type.

Hi,

Better copy in IT0015 configuration node.

just copy the PCR and where they have done for M89G same like do it for new wage type "9616" enough.

Maintain in It0015, then test it your business process.
