REgarding /616 wage type,and passing a technical wage type ampont in pcr

hi sap experts ,

my question is 1) /616 wage type ( ADD gross salary) is generating every month whole running payroll in payroll log ..i dont want to display it .

2) i want to transport a technical wage type amount to a another wage type so how to transfer in pcr?..
