[EREC - Unregistered candidate] - error verification procedure

hi,

If an unregistered candidate registers or applies for a job a secure e-mail verification procedure should be granted for each external candidate. But the system does not send this verification procedure... Why?

The table T77S0 is customizing with the parameter RECFA VERIF set to X.
