How ro delete PIR

Hi

We want to delete all Planned Independent Requirements once in a month

For this , we are using MD73 T Code to reorganise these

This txn deleted all unallocated PIR , but allocated PIR (against which Actual requirements have already come in) remain visible in MD62 & in MD04

How we can delete entire PIR
