how to configure Agent ID

how can i configure Agent ID in release Strategy. Actually i used to log in in SAP using Avijit user id and for my company code i have 2 release id (AS assistant mgr, GM General Mgr) now I want to configure Agent Id how can i do that so that using my user id i can see the MSG.
