Dear all,
After the process of installing the SAP Business Browser for HANA 9.2 PL3, it firstly works well, but for now it is not loading, meaning that the user can write on their credentials but after trying to access, it came up the error message “Service is currently unavailable”.
Checking the log, it reports messages like below:
2016-12-23 11:15:20 ERROR [Thread-7] com.sap.b1.sld.httpDispatcher.b1WebServer.B1ProcessManager - Start process faild.
2016-12-23 11:17:33 ERROR [Thread-8] com.sap.b1.sld.httpDispatcher.b1WebServer.B1ProcessManager - Start process faild.
2016-12-23 11:18:11 ERROR [pool-1-thread-1] com.sap.b1.sld.httpDispatcher.b1WebServer.B1ProcessIdlePoolCleanHandler - Error when parse string: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "58.144 K"
