ERROR: Update mode R is not supported by the extraction API

HI all,

When i'm trying to do a delta for the master data, this is the error that the system is throwing. I'm completely using out-of-box solution ... literally no customizations .. using the standard content Infopack ro schedule the delta load. What could be the problem? Do i need to change some setting in the source system to enable delta for infoobject 0MATERIAL.
