Hello Experts,
We have created some org objects as part of conversion & automatically BP's were created. For those BP's in the org maintenance we have address tab & in that we have address. But what happened is we have updated the BP address using CRM Web UI not through Org maint screen. So the BP has has its own address in the address assignment block. But that address(ADRC) is not in sync with address in the Address tab(table HRP1028) of the BP in the Org maintenance screen(PPOMA_CRM). If we update the address here it is not updating in ADRC & vice versa.
My question is,
1. what is the SAP recommended & standard approach when we upload the BP as part of Org structure.
2. Is there any way we can sync these addresses(at ADRC & hrp1028) of the BP? Meaning STD sap program available?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Pandu.
Hi Pandu,
I would request please use SAP recommendard report HRALXSYC to synchronize the address data in CRM. you need to select include all object option and run the report.
This report will display all the inconsistency and have a repair button which can solve the inconsistency of address data. I feel this can solve the your issue.

Hi Prem,
one doubt here is why this inconsistent happens, by standard if we maintain address at Org level it should get reflect in BP address right? but why this miss happens. Are we missing any mandatory check or something else.
please let us know the root cause. because if we know that we can stop doing that and stop executing this job every time we face issue.
Thanks,
Venkat
Hi Venkat,
Master data replicates commonly happen from ERP system and we knew some of the fields which are not mandatory in ERP is mandatory in CRM system and vise versa. some time the fields format is also differnt. In most of the cases I have seen this issue due to wrong business data better word is incomplete business data. So I feel MDM team need to have a unique format while updating or creating business data in ERP.
Secondly inconsistency can be cause due to unexpected termination of session or system issue while update process is running.
I feel this issue happend in every project so we can not stop it but yes system can be optimized. SAP has suggested HRALXSYNC report to deal with such issue and also recommended to run it on daily basis so that HR data get synchronized and can be repaired.
I hope your issue has been resolved now by running the report.
Thanks,
prem

Hello, - ANSWER TO QUESTION #2 -
1st) I'm not an expert jet, but I'm trying.
2nd) My english isn't very well - so sorry.
I got the same probleme. We use partner-addresse in DFPS-system at IT1952 in one system and shall hold and migrate them parallel in a HR-system at IT1028.
I detected, that the changes in ADRC are logged in table CDHDR with [ OBJECTCLAS = 'ADDRESSE' ; OBJECTID = addressgroup+adressnumber ],
so I will create a report/job, which is daily
reading this Changes,
detecting the HR-Objekt which referenz to this Adressnumber in CDHDR (+ CDPOS)
updating IT1028.
Did you find a better way?
