Issue with display of Order operations lines

Hi All,

I am looking into an order which has 25operations, i am able to view 18operations initally then using page down to see the remaining operations .. but my colleague is able to view only 12 Operations initally then using page down option to see the remaining ..

Here i would like to know whether do we have any setting which controls the settings related to display of operations ..
