Billing Plan Issue

Hello Gurus

Getting below issue while using billing plan.

I hvae 5 milestones in my billing plan out of which billing block of one of the milestone is removed. When I am trying to bill this then system is showing the total value of the invoice and not the value as per the % of that milestone.

There is no billing block assgined any where else in the sales order

Getting an error log in billing as below

000010 Date 000002 is blocked for billing (billing plan)
