Booking a course from another program's specialization

Hi Gurus,

We have a process similar to minor but in our process the student can choose this module group from another program (without registerin the program) and recieves a certificate after successful completion.

I booked the module group of another program for the student but I couldn't book the courses under the module group.

Is it possible?
