ok code is not triggering in recording

Hi Experts,

When doing recording for pa40 , ok_code(for enter '/00') is not triggering when i get warning messages.

When uploading record, its getting stopped at warning messages,then we press enter manually, then only it going forward.

Provide any help on this...........
