SLDCHECK error

XI was just recently installed. When we run SLDCHECK we get RFC ping was successful, launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser is successful, but calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS returns exception code 3.

Then when it checks access to the XI Profile we get RFC ping was successful, but calling function EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER returns function code 2 and the message "Access to the XI Profile is currently disrupted". Accessing the XI Profile with a browser works fine.

SM59 connection test works fine. Hostname and port in SLDAPICUST, Exchange Profile, and SM59 all match.

What should we be looking into to resolve this problem?
