Hi,

Check Basic pay Processing class 10 as specification 1 in V_512w_D.

Check whether you have two records for the employee in the following infotypes that month

0000 , 0001 , 0007 ,0008,0027

IT0000 has, because it's terminated on that month. IT0008 also has, but one is to 2011.11.30, others haven't, as I understood, he is terminated on Dec. 18th, so from 18th we will not pay it.

Double in sense , Does the total of the both the records are correct right. Due you want to remove splits if yes check PRCL 20

It exists because you have splits in WPBP , if you done want that make PRCL 20 as 4 and check it Eliminates Splits

But , before that the WT splits that are formed are correct figures only right

if IT0008 splited because of termination on Dec. 18th, but our payroll result sum these two records into basic pay, after termination the we don't pay it, which will result it still pay?

Does the System is caluculateing the payment for that WT for 13 days Since , Employee left the organisation on 18 Dec so he shd be paid only for 13 days

Hi,

The easiest way to handle will be to shift the employee to Payroll Area 99, in Org Assigment IT from the date of seperation and RUN PAYROLL.

It will solve your problem.
