Upgrade Error SAP 8.8 PL 21 to SAP 8.81 PL10

Dear Experts,

My client currently Using SAP 2007 A Version, I need to upgrade them into SAP 8.81 PL10.

I have upgraded the SAP 2007 A to SAP 8.8 PL 21 successfully, Now i am upgrading the SAP 8.8 PL 21 to SAP 8.81 PL 10 I am facing error. I have also check the log file its shows that error belong to internal reconcilation. Table name (OITR)

The error is (Internal Reconcilation : Money Overflow; cannot display all digits ODBC-104)
