Parking doc not showing error even after selected doc must be complete

Dear Expert,

My client using JV Workflow for Parking Doc, If doc parked if it is error, it should show the error,

According to the SDN, I added T Code: FB00 Selected Doc must be complete before parking doc

But in FBV1, some error not showing without this parking, in FV50 error populating

Now client need to park doc with two vendor for this they used FBV1(or F-65), Without error parked

I know very well this is user maintainence, client also using

Please give me a solution how to generate error, if doc not completed in T CODE:FBV1
