Xcelsius 2008 SP4 Failed to open from BusinessObjects Enterprise

Hi Experts

Xcelsius 2008 SP4 Failed to Open/Save from BusinessObjects Enterprise and throws an error Failed While Trying to Logon User "0000" RFC error: "LOGON_DATA_INCOMPLETE" when using SAP Authentication.

It works perfect with Enterprise.

Recently we have updated from Xcelsius 2008 SP3 FP 3.5 to SP4. It also displays the password without encrypting.
