Call list assignment

Hi,

Can call lists be assigned when creating a campaign or do we need to go in CRMD_CALL_LIST or CRMD_TM_CDLIST ?

What are the advantages of using on way or another ?

I believe that the reason to assign call list separately is that call list (campaigns) are created by marketing's people. And they do not know resources who will work with the call list. Only IC Manager knows. So he makes an assignment.

Indeed, procedure for assigning the call lists in campaign will be that the Manager will log in and search for the call list and then assign them ("assignment" section, either to a position or a organizational unit) before activating them.

Then the agent will have access to the list (depending if he is part of either the position or the organizational unit).
