Special depreciation date in Asset explorer Parameter tab

Hi,

I need to change the special depreciation date in Asset explorer tab but, this is greyed out. How can I bring this to change mode?

I had change mode in my test system to change the date and I am not having the same in Production system, where might be the difference?

Any inputs please..
