De-assemble Order

Hi Experts,

I have a problem, suppose we confirm 100 pcs of A (finished goods) at storage location A001, and Quality inspection is already activated af Finished goods code, now suppose 80 pcs are ok and 20 pcs are reject in UD, now we want to de-assemble 20 pcs to child items to backflush storage location also we want to consume 20 pcs of finished goods which are lying block. for that we can create rework or dismantle order and also don't want to add sign in finished goods and (-)sign in child items in items in overview of production order. Means company don't want any manual intervenetion in production order. The problem is that CO13 is not working after UD. How we want to achive this.

Hi

Try creating a new Order type for rework and keep the OTDP setting as manual production version selection.

Please create alternate BOM in Sub assembly with header assembly as part of it. I assume that one sub assembly would fit only in one Final assembly material.

create production version (V001 - with original BOM and V002 - alternate BOM 2).

When you create Rework order for subassembly, select the production version manually.

You might have maintain the header assmebly in + sign and Child part in - sign in BOM. This will ensure that all the material is captured.

Thanks for the answer, but please tell me whether we have to transfer the 20 Pcs from Block to unrestricted stock. Or in rework order we can consume 20 pcs from blocked stock.
