Dear All,
We are currently in process of going from EHp3 to Ehp5, my question is we want to use spam/saint to load all Netweaver 7.02 stuff and just use EHPI to load SAPHR604 and 605. I want to findout how log will it take to load ehp4 and ehp5 so we can plan for downtime
Thanks
To echo what was said earlier. Upgrade a sandbox system and then look at the upgana.xml file to extrapolate estimated times for your upgrade.

Hello,
You have to use EHP installer to upgrade to EHP5. The main advantage of using EHP installer is to have less downtime. Please run the upgrade in sandbox for exact downtime and other details.

Hi,
http://service.sap.com/erp-ehp
How to install Enhancement Package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0.
You can directly go to EHP5 from EHP3.
You have to use ehpi for this.
Use MOPZ for calculating and download the packages.
Well, downtime will be based on different factors. There is no general rule of thumb. You have to perform the installation and find out. Fine tuning can at SAP / DB and OS levels.
