Certificate Profile Not Found

Dear SAP Gurus,

I am facing one problem that during creation a certificate against a delivery system is showing me a message that No certificate profile was found, although I have created a profile .

In QC20 Delivery date is appearing as 08.02.2012 and GI date is also 08.02.2012 but the profile which I have created is on 09.02.2012.

Can any body help me to resolve this issue.
