Reg: Shift configured but not able to find in COR6N screen

Dear Friends ,

I have configured for shift Wise confirmation.

Now my issue is i am not able to find the Shift field in COR6N Screen.

I am able to find in CORK Screen..

Any additional configuration has to be made , please let me know,

Hi Dayanan,

As per standard SAP functionality, the shift will not be displayed in operation/Phase wise confirmation, it will only be displayed in order confirmation. You have to use user exit to overcome this situation.

Hi RAMU ,

i was configuring the same for process order for COR6N .

I am able to see shift field in CORK, to achieve in COR6N , i was configuring in OPK0 transaction.

Here i did following things,

in Area Selection tab : Selected : Personnel Shift .

In Default tab : i selected Order type dependent shift but shift grouping field is appearing in grey.

And also if i use Fixed grouping shift in default selection tab ,i can enter value in shift grouping field but if i use order type dependent shift , shift grouping field is appearing in grey.

Please let me know how to achieve this

please let me know which version your using ECC 6.0 or ehp4, if your in EHP4.You have to apply note .

Hi Ram ,

I am Using EHP4 .

In OPK0 transaction i am Using Fixed shift grouping,

I am able to find Shift field and all the three shifts in Cor6n If i use Fixed shift grouping,

Instead of Order type dependent shift in OPK0 default tab.

I wanted to know , can i use Fixed Shift grouping instead of Order type dependent shift..?

Also in Report , in T-code COOISPI Confirmation report ,

I am not able to find the shift field.i Need this field in report , please let me know the solution for this also.

Hi,

Yes use shift grouping .After confirmation of process order shift feild appear in cooispi report. in confirmation only you can find shift insted of header details.

Thanks for your reply. i have used shift grouping and Fixed shift grouping instead of Order type dependent shift,

i created one order and tested , i am able to enter the shift and carried out confirmation.

But still in cooispi , i am not able to find the shift fields in reports.

I changed Header to order Confirmation.

And also i i changed layout.
