Address window at smartforms.

In smartforms example SF_EXAMPLE_01

I can see ADDRESS Customeraddress WINDOW under which

can see two text nodes, out of which first node ADDR

_INCL include text for address node icon seems different.

how to create this node.

I tried the same settings by creating two text nodes and screen settings but i could not get different icon as same as example.could you pls guide me whats that and how to get that...
