Mail with Approve/Reject button

Hi Experts,

I am having the following requirements , i need your valuable guidance for this.

From a data base i need to Read a receipt number and send a mail to the Department Manager. the mail should conatin Approve and Reject button if Manager Approve it then again the Receipt number should send mail to Zone manger that this Receipt number is approved.

Can anyone give me idea how i can design this scenario.

Hi,

Better to use BPM, instaed of having Reject and Approve option

1)Send email to Manger and get response.

2)Based on response take a decision to send next level or not in BPM
