Remove Year End Closing for Company Code

Hi

In the transaction OAAQ - Remove Year end closing for Company Code, i reduced the period from 2010 to 2007 manually (I have been testing recalculation AFAR). After that i try to increase the period where as it throws the error -You are not allowed to increase to a later Fiscal Year. It suggest to Carry out year end closing. When i perform this transaction the close carried out tab shows no (The period is also not closed and am not knowing the error). Kindly support. This is in test system only.

It's so simple.

In OAAQ, you can only cancel the year end closing for a company code to an earlier FY, but you cannot close the FY, means you cannot change the year to an later fiscal year.

To perform year end closing you have to do AJAB only for one FY at a time in background mode, provided this can only be performed after the total depreciation for that subject year is already posted in FI-AA.

remove test run check box and run the process in back ground

go to

program----> execute in background

Hi:

At a time you can have only two fiscal year opened for posting in FI-AA. Make sure you have done closing by AJAB.

I mentioned the error due to the transaction AJAB only, thats where i am stuck.
