Hello

For Auto GI of components, We have assigned Backflushing indicator directly at Master Receipe (Routing).

Backflush indicator is Blank at MRP2 view& Work centres.

While Creation of process order, If however I change the resource allocated in operation XXXX from resource AAAA to alternative resource BBBB, then return to the material tab I can see that material component is no longer flagged for backflushing.

Please guide why backflushing indicator of components is getting removed by changing resource.

Hi Sachin,

Well if there is a problem at that time try to give the check at the material level and select work center will decide and at the work center or resource you can check there any way you have to do the operation wise conformation.

I hope it helps you. Any queries please revert me back.

Thanks Madhu

Business does not want to modify master data (Material master & Work center ) because in some another material CCCC for same plant its working Fine. For another material CCCC when they replace work center in Process order, Backflushing indicatior remains there. Backflusing indicator is blank for another material CCCC in MRP view & Work center.

Business wants this material also to work the same way.

Do we have some other settings as well .

If it's working for one material and not working for another material, you'd need to compare those two materials data table wise, check the tables MARA, MARC, PLMZ, PLPO.

Hi Madhu

Relevant Settings are same in all four tables(MARA, MARC, PLPO, PLMZ) for both the materials.

Do we have any other thing that we can compare

Hi Sachin,

It should not happen,

Are creating both the order with same order types ??If it is working fine for specific orders and not for others, please check *all goods movement indicator, at Order confirmation parameters for both order types.

Please check when you change the resource in a particular operation, if component allocation is getting removed.

Component Allocation is not getting removed by changing Work center in Process order.
